ABOUT OUR PASTOR

Pastor Jeffrey Campbell has lived in Dayton for 25 years. He previously served at St. John’s Lutheran, Ludlow Street and St. John’s UCC, Third Street. He has pastored a variety of parishes – a small rural town in Northwest Ohio, a city Church in Delaware, Ohio, an African American Church in Columbus, and a large church in Kissimmee Florida with a parochial school. Pastor Jeff grew up in Delaware, Ohio,  graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in elementary education. He taught sixth grade English, Social Studies and Music for several years before attending Trinity Lutheran Seminary in Columbus. He has been an organist and choir director, and performed in many theater productions. He has one son, Patrick, who lives in Columbus.
